Denise is a consummate real estate professional, and we recommend her whole-heartedly. She knows the business backwards and forwards, and she brings that experience and expertise to every conversation. She has a strong command of every aspect of the real estate transaction, from mortgages to negotiations to disclosures. In addition to her technical expertise, Denise understands the emotions that come into play with the sale of one's home. Denise made us feel like we were respected and valued every step of the way. When we got a little weepy thinking about selling our home of 21 years, where we raised our children, Denise slowed down to encourage us to process those feelings. She never let her eye leave the ball, but she understood the human dimension of real estate that ultimately let us feel so positive about the sale. Hopefully we are not moving again, but if we were, we would hire Denise in a heartbeat.
