Dawn worked with us for at least 2 years as we prepared to move into the area from Southern California. Over that time she was highly responsive, relatable, encouraging, and forthcoming with things such as weather, market conditions, expectations, and the various connections we'd need once we were here.
As we got closer to our actual moving date we looked at properties virtually then asked for virtual walk-through's. Dawn obliged by bringing our daughter and her husband along so we could 'see' our options. We ended up buying the house sight-unseen - meaning without a first hand look - but did look over the house via a virtual walk through.
Dawn is a professional and has a system in place so you know what is going on with each step of your transaction. And, you will not be treated as a transaction number!
Throughout the entire process I was given the feeling we were her only clients - except we know better! Dawn listens. Dawn brings properties to your attention that are likely what you are looking for; just as she did for us in 2 out of 3. It was the 3rd one we bought. When I had hesitations, she answered knowingly about the property and provide facts and knowledge for us to consider.
I expect this to be the last home we buy, but if we were to do it again, Dawn would be the first call I make. I highly recommend her.
