After a rough experience with our first agent, we switched to Mark. He was friendly, attentive, and listened when we asked a million questions, and made a hundred unreasonable demands. When there was something about the process we didn't understand, he made sure we knew what was what before we walked into anything. It took us a little while, but he helped us to find a great house within our budget, and went out of his way to do what he could to make the process as simple on us as he could. Mark is good at what he does! He gives his most honest opinion of houses/homes and will not try and force you into something he doesn't see right for you. He will make sure things are how they should be with the seller/etc and if they are not, he will deal with it. He is the most kind and generous realtor we found in Manhattan as first time home buyers and I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a home or selling!
