The house we sold is in Hope, ID. We live about 10 hours away, so it was extremely important for us to have someone we trust help us with selling our house. As I have said already, we couldn't be happier with his service and care for us and our house. One thing in particular I'd like to mention is that he always returned calls promptly. One of my pet peeves is dealing with someone who does not return calls! Thank you Jeremy!! Also, he checked on our house repeatedly. Before someone looked at it, he had been there to make certain everything was OK. He also went to the house with the repair people when work needed to be done. And he is shipping several items we wanted returned to us so we don't have to drive 20 hours to pick them up!
