First, my wife and I did not know Benjamin. A friend recommended him.

Ben made purchasing a house from 1,800 miles away, easy. He was extremely flexible when we asked him to see (video record since we could not be present) a listing. His commentary on the house was honest, thorough, and realistic.

I can not speak highly enough about his communication with us. Not once did I feel unprepared or lost during the transaction. This was key!

His service did not just stop as soon as we purchased the house. He was available to meet any contractors at home for necessary repairs.

Bottom line: I highly recommend him.
