Michelle sold my house for me in record time! We went under contract in 5 days and, nicely higher than asking price! She was so patient with my first-time-seller calls and questions, and a calming voice when we ran into a couple of hiccups in the process (which I now understand is a pretty normal thing to experience). I cant say enough about how much more comfortable she made me feel about having to sell my home from almost 3,000 miles away! I could NEVER have made this move to accept a promotion opportunity without her help selling my house!
2019
We met Michele Rennie a few years ago as she was assisting us in looking at a house. Our plan was to move to Walla Walla and we'd stayed in touch with her over two years answering my emails promptly each time I'd asked advice on houses. She was our eyes and ears in town.
We again asked for her assistance in reviewing 8 houses while we were in town. She scheduled all of the appointments and was patient while I went through each house with a magnifying glass. She gave us a lot of historical details on each house, the neighborhoods and what would work well for us. She was right in all aspects.
We found the house of our dreams and she put in the offer for us. She worked well negotiating with the other real estate agent, and all of the other contacts including the people at Baker Boyer, the escrow company, she shared an outstanding inspector from Blue Valley, sewer inspection, and others. She also gave us references for our yard and maintenance (who is outstanding!).
Michele is knowledgeable in the rules and regulations for all of the real estate matters. We were happy with her advice and guidance as we are not locals. She made the transaction go smoothly, efficiently and made it easy on us. Even at the last minute when I changed the naming for the deed.
Michele is professional, polite, friendly, easy to be with, knowledgeable, an excellent planner, scheduler, communicator, and has outstanding skills and abilities.
I am a particularly detail-oriented person and probably over-communicate, but she was patient and was easy to work with, understanding, and fun to be around. Her planning and timing was perfect as we went through the process, flights in and out of Walla Walla, even down to the closing and recording with escrow, getting us the keys to the house, because the new bed arrived one hour later! She even came to our open house party! We are pleased with Michele and can highly recommend her to anyone.

Michele was one of the most professional and caring realtor Ive worked with. Not only does she listen to what you want in a property but she makes sure she checks everything on your list of likes and dislikes. She knows the area well which makes her knowledgeable in finding you the perfect property to call home. She is not only my realtor but now a friend.
