Tracy has worked with my husband and I to find our next "perfect" home for well over a year and a half. She helped us scout out land when we were debating building and when we moved from that idea she helped us to find our home. Tracy always sent homes that fell within what we were looking for, we felt that she had our best interests at heart and was always quick to ask relevant questions on our behalf and/or point things out about homes we were looking at to ensure we were taking note. When she saw the home we have now purchased get listed, she was quick to send us the information knowing it would go quickly. In addition when our offer was accepted, she helped us to quickly get our home listed and it sold on the first day of tours. She was always readily available to tour a home with us and we never felt any pressure during the process. It probably really helped that we have similar taste in homes to Tracy. My favorite part about Tracy is how real and down to earth she is. We dealt with so many terrible agents during our process and were grateful we had Tracy on our side.
