Ashley was awesome! My deal got complicated towards the end and her communication skills kept everyone involved well informed. She worked well with the seller and also my Realtor out of state regarding my sale that needed to happen first. Ashley is highly professional and did a great job by me. Her team was also there to support her. I had some short notice times I had to come in from out of state and she made sure someone from the team could help me when she had previous engagements. Ashley was highly engaged, positive, and helpful through the process of selling our home. Right from the start she provided a much more thorough analysis of our property than we had seen from other realtors and with a more aggressive asking price. We ended up selling for a considerably higher amount than the other realtors suggested. Her communication was top notch, being readily available even while on personal time. We went through a relatively tough negotiation process and she gave us her honest opinion but still advocated for whatever decision we made. We were out of state at the end of the process and she went out of her way to personally clear out some remaining items in an effort to keep the closing on schedule.
