In fact he would drive quite a distance and video optical homes for us, narrating informatively. Fast forward 6 years later and Ryan was actively showing us homes as by now we were serious buyers. Ryan is not only as mentioned knowledgeable he knows all the nooks and crannys of the areas. We looked in several communities and he knew them all. Ryan is always professional and mitigates any obstacles with tact and poise. When we buy / sell again it will 1000% be with Ryan.

I can not even express how wonderful Ryan was at negotiating our first Arizona home. It was a difficult closing with land and survey issues.
