I cannot understand any of the 5-star reviews for Crystal. I have dealt with realtors in the past and found her to be both arrogant (when you do not completely agree with her) and almost condescending. She is difficult to get a hold of and seems annoyed when you ask her about her thoughts and processes. I cannot recommend Crystal. 2021
My husband David and I found Crystal by visiting the website, she called us and the rest is history. We can say from the beginning Crystal has been wonderful. We were moving from Maryland to Delaware and had no idea about any places in Delaware. Crystal took her time over several weeks, if not months, and held our hands showing us many different plots for new construction until we found a plot that we were happy to build on! We actually went to this plot, but were told that plot would not be available for a while, one day we were home and got a call from Crystal and she told us they had a plot at the location we really want to live in, and we are here today!
Crystal was attentive to all of our needs and she always returned calls or answered our calls quickly and she was always pleasant.
Once the construction got started, Crystal took time out of her busy schedule to take pictures and give us an update on every aspect of the process at least once a week. It was as if we were there watching the house being built. We do not know if that is something all real estate agents do, however, we are so thankful and grateful for Crystal's sacrifice in helping us see our home being built.
We were supposed to move into our new home in July, but because of COVID and delays in construction supplies, we went to settlement in November. We said that to say this, Crystal, always keep us abreast of what was going on in the process. We really thank and appreciate her for being such a genuine and concerned person on our behalf.
We would highly recommend Crystal as a enthusiastic real estate person, she really listens to exactly what you what in life for your house needs.

Crystal did an amazing job. From showing us what seemed like an endless list of homes until we found the right one to walking us through the process. Very quick to respond when I had questions, was patient with all my questions, provided good advice when needed, and worked around the clock to get the job done. She communicated well with not only me but the lender and the seller agent to keeps things going. and over all a pleasant person and a pleasure to work with. Crystal was my realtor in 2016 when I had my house built. She was phenomenal. I called upon her to sell my parents house. She went above & beyond to see that all needs were met. I have her number on speed dial just in case someone needs a realtor :)

Crystal is an amazing realtor. I wasn't sure who Realtor.com would match me up with when I decided to buy a house out of state. She is a gem! She is knowledgeable. She had my best interest and only my interest in mind the entire time. She went above and beyond to help me navigate the process, even politely offering advice or just checking in to make sure I had taken care of little details that can easily be overlooked and cause stress later on. My boyfriend and I entered into this process as first-time homebuyers. From our first meeting with Crystal, she blew us away with her knowledge of the process. We were told immediately of the types of charges we could expect to see for everything from inspections to surveys, and transfer taxes.
