Clara led me through the process of selling my home within my desired timeframe. I received three offers on the first day. IMHO the key to this success was her excellent upfront market and pricing analysis and marketing preparation for listing the house. When dealing with the buyers during the inspection process, I did feel that she could have pushed back harder in some instances and paid attention to more of the details when the buyers were not ready to close on the scheduled day. To her credit though, she kept things moving forward during the whole selling process and in the end helped me achieve a price above listing.
