I purchased a home through Emily and after buying 10 homes in my lifetime, this was the absolute worst experience. Shes just plain not experienced enough in doing business in the higher priced markets. She did zero comps in the area causing me to overpay by over $100k for a property. She had zero negotiation skills; we were up against no one and she thought it was a good idea to overpay! The inspection process was handled incorrectly. She made it at a time convenient for her and was supposedly handling everything for me. I had over $20k in repairs after moving in. She never showed up to the reinspection or the closing! Her assistant who works on her team sent me a random text calling me a B word- totally unprofessional, unwarranted, a s unexpected. I would high recommend to run from her or her agency, but if you decide to use them learn from my experience..there are so many more realtors out there! 2023
