Next, as a first-time homebuyer, Alex patiently walked me through every step of the process. I never felt rushed to make a decision or felt like I couldn't ask a question. Alex was a great advocate for my girlfriend and I during the entire home buying process. He took the time to listen to our needs from the first time we met, went out of his way to find houses that met our requirements and didn't try to steer us in another direction or sell us a house that didn't meet our needs. Alex was extremely responsive anytime we'd have a question or reach out to him in regards to a property he/we found and had interest in no matter what time of day it was. When we decided to put an offer in on the property that we purchased the sellers realtor wasn't as responsive as Alex liked. Alex went out of his way to start calling her to get answers and the paperwork needed to be able to submit an offer so we didn't miss out on the opportunity to purchase. We had similar issues scheduling the walk through with the builder as well and Alex went out of his way to continue to fight for us and keep the process moving forward so that we could go to settlement on time.
