In the middle of a meteoric and insanely difficult housing market for buyers in the Plattsburgh area we contacted James, this was done with no reference or not reading any online reviews. I have to say we could not have been more satisfied with the process and assistance we received. While the process of home buying was much more difficult than we had imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, and limited inventory in our target area James gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a wide range of homes that we looked at. Particular high points were helping us with a seller who ended up wanting to push back the closing date due to circumstances that had nothing to do with us after we had made an offer and had agreements. James was knowledgeable and always provided that positive perspective even when things appeared despondent.
