I HOPE we dont have to work together again, but in the event we may, since the world is so small, that itll be different. This property was the most difficult and frustrating buying experience I had, and Ive already purchased 5 properties before this one. Whether it was my long beard length at the time, my skin color or my voice or the fact that I look young for a 32yr old man. But all I know is I wasnt even thanked on closing day for helping her take home over $10-$11k in commission for purchasing a property listed under her. And a person who doesnt have the audacity to be thankful for that, does not respect my business. But since day one it was a pain. And the owner of the property wasnt a breeze to deal with neither. So that just made the experience a bit more difficult. This is my personal first hand experience working with her. Either they thought I was an idiot or idk what. But there was a tenant who was renting the property and we had vacate upon closing. And Hope made it seem like they were so difficult to get a hold of and that we had to work with the tenants schedules & blah blah blah. I had 4 rented units at that time and knew that it was not difficult as a landlord or owner to gain access to show a property for sale. And one day I happened to show up when Hope decided to not be there because she was fed up of me being 15min-30min late, so I decided to knock on the door with the tenant and ask if it was ok for me to be there and the grandmother was home and said she had absolutely no problem with me being there and we even put it in writing and signed. The grandmother was sweet and even explained how shes home 80-90% of the time, so she doesnt know why it wouldve been difficult for me to see the property. Thats when I realized it wasnt the tenant that was difficult, it was scheduling based off Hopes convenience. All in all, I can continue writing, if I have a choice, I will avoid working with her, Ill work with someone else or skip her and deal directly with the buyer or seller.

Hope Wilson was on board many months with us in our search to find a home for a family member. We had several criteria, the most difficult being our low budget. These properties were almost invariably bank-owned and some needed a lot of repairs. Whenever we balked at going beyond what we considered was a fair price in competition with other bidders, Hope was extremely sympathetic and patient and assured us we would find something else.

When we finally found a suitable property, she skillfully negotiated the deal. Even though from the beginning our search only promised a minimal commission, she devoted as much time to it as to a sale that would have netted much more reward. Any one who "hires" Hope Wilson will have a caring and diligent partner.

Her knowledge of the area I was interested in was extensive. She did not push me to pick a home I was not happy with or pushing me to buy out of my price range. Hope answered all my questions and helped me get everything I was paying for. Hope was respectful, kind and courteous. She went the extra mile.

Hope was there full time with me during my buying experience and QUICKLY answered all my questions within 30 min. She was also there after the closing with question's that I had after the deal was done. I highly recommend her and I have done so to my brother and his wife who are considering buying a home soon!!!!! She will work HARD 4 you.

Phil's review, a seller from Wildwood, FL
This should have been an orderly and smooth sale. It was not, principally because of an incompetent FHA appraiser. This man used comps from thirty miles away and in a 55 plus retirement community. He arrogantly declared our home for sale was worth $24,000 below the sales price of $114,900. The result was chaos in attempting to get an adjustment. We received only $7,000 in additional credit.
Throughout it all, Hope remained calm, businesslike and professional. It's a good thing we had such a good Realtor. She saved the deal, as flawed as it was.
