Jeff Schnell is the most dedicated and detailed realtor I've ever had. His skills before being a realtor and working in home renovation helped us tremendously. I work for the railroad and had to buy a house sight unseen. Jeff made us multiple videos for walking through homes we liked. I was impressed with his knowledge of homes and structures and made me comfortable buying my first house sight unseen. I also greatly appreciated his honesty. There were two homes that he told us straight up "this is a bad area, you don't want to be here" or "this house has a lot of issues I wouldn't suggest it". So I also didn't feel like he was going to sugar coat everything we liked which was great too.
Not only was he great with finding our house he also helped us with finding the right bank and closing on it while my wife and I were in different states. He even stopped by my new home to let best buy deliver my washer and dryer because we were running late getting there from Ohio. We are now in our home in Wichita and absolutely love it. I have purchased several houses in my life due to relocations because of job and other circumstances and have been through many different real estate agents. Jeff is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met as far as housing. He knows about everything from purchasing to building, from foundations to roofs and pretty much everything in between. And if he doesn't know about it, he knows someone who does. He's a great man, extremely helpful, and is willing to do almost anything to help his customer. Jeff was amazing. We were on a short time line to purchase a house and Jeff did everything he could to ensure we closed before our lease was up. The first day Jeff contacted us he drove from Oklahoma just to show us houses that same night. Walking through the home we wanted Jeff gave his expertise on numerous things that us as new homeowners wouldn't even think about. The process was so easy.
