Sheldon worked with us to determine the right offer to secure this home for our family. Once the contract was accepted, Sheldon was a great advocate for us to get us through the inspection period, which sometimes is a breaking point in the transaction. Sheldon did it again! I've worked with him many times both as a buy and a seller. This time he helped me to sell a condo at just over full asking price. It was a tough deal, with extensions necessary due to the buyer's lender issues, but Sheldon handled everything to get us to the finish line. Not only did he get our full asking price, but he fought to get me reimbursement for my additional expenses due to the extended closing as well as worked on getting me the best pricing for title fees. He doesn't just list the property and stand back, he was actively engaged with the other realtor and the buyer's lender to make sure this deal ultimately closed, keeping me informed and providing guidance along the way.
