We have used Jace twice now, once to sell our house and buy another and once to sell our house to move out of state. Jace is extremely knowledgeable, professional and such a kind hearted person too. Where do we even start? In short, working with Jace was a pleasure and we cant say enough about what a fantastic job he did helping us find a home. I can be somewhat reserved when it comes to making recommendations, but I cant recommend him strongly enough to do our experience justice.

Going into this, we thought we knew what we wanted but can now see we had no idea. We came to Jace looking for assistance, explained to him all of the crazy things we thought we wanted and he gently helped to shepherd us in the right direction, giving us the information we needed (despite our not knowing we needed it), and telling us who to talk to when we needed more than he had to give. Looking back, we can see this man has the patience of a saint: we were all over the board, knew far less about homebuying and financing than we thought, and started looking shortly before the pandemic started. It was a recipe for disaster but Jace helped us pull it off without a hitch.
There are a few things I want to touch on specifically that really stuck with me. Most important to me, Jace is incredibly knowledgeable in the ways of realty and its related fields, but is also wise enough to know what he does not know and was quick to recommend an expert when he thought it better served our needs. He was patient with us, ensuring that we understood the homebuying process each step of the way, and even talking us down a few times when we were freaking out over such a large, important purchase.
We never felt like Jace was pressuring us to buy a home as he always pointed out pros and cons of individual properties and was more than happy to facilitate our viewing of numerous homes that turned out to be duds. Due to the pandemic (and our wild expectations), it took us longer than expected to find a home, and he was just as enthusiastic and professional about setting up a viewing as he was in the beginning.
One last thing that really stood out is that his colleagues in other fields and local store owners absolutely love Jace. Being new to the area, he had given us several recommendations for hardware stores, nurseries, agricultural supplies, lawn care providers, etc. When weve mentioned Jace recommended them, we almost always have them gush about what a great guy he is.
