Nicole was recommended to us by Veterans United as an agent for this property. After one phone call where I was promised information on the property, and a showing time/date, I never heard from her again. I sent emails and had no reply. I gave up.
No point beating a dead horse. Obviously she doesn't care about her clients and selling her properties or about her buyers. Guess she makes enough money without mine.

The VA financing people referred me to Nicole as an approved agent for veterans. I had never met her but she worked with us over the phone until we did meet about 4 months into the process. She was always cheerful and was able to answer or find the answers to all of our questions. We had to go through the process twice because the first property was not approved by the VA. She worked tirelessly to secure us a property.
