This review has been a long time coming! Kelsey was an absolute pleasure to work with when my husband and I were buying a house in July 2020. We were moving back to Melbourne after living in Iowa for five years. Kelsey was extremely responsive and was able to meet our needs by showing us houses over Facetime since we could not travel to Florida to go house hunting in person. She also met up with my parents so they could be involved in the house hunt.
While it was scary to buy a house we had never seen in person, Kelsey made it a LOT less scary. She is a strong negotiator and her job didn't stop at negotiating. She helped us find various handy people, painters, and flooring people and met them at the house to get quotes for us. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND what many realtors would do and we are so appreciative. When we moved into our house everything had been done - completely painted, cleaned, tile grout stained, and tiles cleaned. All because Kelsey helped us so much with getting everything organized. She was even there to let the workers in when necessary.

Working with Kelsey was simply amazing. My husband and I moved to Florida from out of state and Kelsey made the process of buying a house painless and enjoyable. We were planning on buying and building with a builder on the island and were dealing with a difficult sellers agent who was rude and dismissive to what our wants and needs were. Kelsey was able to stand up and fight for our wants and needs. Ultimately we decided not to go with the home on the island and Kelsey helped us find not only a better builder and home for our needs but also a much better deal. Kelsey was fantastic, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. We were moving from Reno, NV to Florida so while it seemed like it was gonna be insanely stressful Kelsey handled everything so well that the house was the least of it. She was able to take time to power through a ton of houses in a the short time we could visit and while we here had offers and back ups ready to go. After the inspection came back and was scary she was already working on getting us quotes for things that needed repairs and solutions for other if we did wish to proceed. We did proceed happily.
