Although I did not work directly with Sharon, she assisted in Selecting a tenant for my rental.
The end results to this transaction after 6 months my tenant now has to be evictef due to non payment and late payments Wish Sharon would of done a better job on a back round check. Letter of recommendation that was turned in to Sharon was written by a family member (mom) . Tenant didnt have any accurate or current rental history. Maybe Next time more in depth credit check is adviced.
