I've sold 2 houses with her and bought 1. She's a great agent for the buyer. But if you're selling she'll work for the buyer to make sure they get what they want and you'll have little representation from her. She belittles you by repeating herself when you ask her questions even though she doesn't answer your question and she will go around you if she's not getting what she wants by calling your spouse and asking them for something you told her you didn't want to do.
