Out dated, unprofessional and ignorant.
Explained to her my bank only TRANSFER ACH and instead of offering a second option she continued to try to get me to wire it. I told her Id speak with my bank manager to see if she could wire it and before my bank manager could clock in Stacy Scanlan said lets for get about it now Im completely fine with that being that there are several amazing homes in the area for my price range but my heart goes out to the sellers who have had their homes sitting on the market for two months straight without any other offers. Their realtor just turned down a 700k cash asking price offer for no other reason than her not having the patience to wait for my bank managers response. I even told her I paid with a cashiers check for my last property but instead of her taking that as an option she sent her only offer in two months away.
