Dana was excellent to work with. I knew little about the NH Seacoast but wanted to relocate to the Portsmouth area. Working with Dana and viewing properties online, I picked out a variety of property types in different towns. Dana set up appointments and took me to various houses and condos. We logged many miles together. Dana quickly caught on to what I liked and what I didn't like. He helped focus my search and was patient along the way. He is easy to be with as we traveled around from place to place and was good at describing the different qualities of each town where we saw homes.
An important point to make is that I was not in a hurry to buy a new place. I was willing to spend months looking for the right home. Dana understood that and was never pushy. After several day trips of looking around, Dana took me to a house which he heard had just became available. It was my dream house. I knew it immediately and, my sense is, so did Dana.
At that point, things moved quickly, efficiently and smoothly. Dana was my advocate and was right there with the purchase and sale agreement, at the inspection, responding to my bank and working with the other real estate agent. The remote closing happened without a problem. And I am delighted with my new home.
As for Dana, I recommend him with the highest rating. He is a real estate agent who you will learn from, will patiently accompany you as your search becomes clear, and will be right by your side when the action starts. Thanks Dana.
