Rick was great at helping secure the vacation home of our dreams! When the sellers suddenly decided to communicate that everything was being sold as-is, Rick got to work negotiating to get us at least some credit, repairs, and inspections done. He even helped with clean up of junk left behind the seller. Great guy, well connected with other professionals in the area, and really advocates for his clients.
