My husband and I have both been licensed real estate brokers for over 35 years...but not in Arizona. With our experience and education we were both VERY picky. When looking to buy a property in Tucson, I began by looking for an agent that had great reviews. Corissa had plenty of them. Then we did a conference call with her and spoke over 30 minutes. We could tell she was experienced and knowledgeable as well as considerate, kind and best of all--she listened to our needs! (That shouldnt be that rare but trust me it is!!!)
Corissa offered suggestions about what areas of Tucson might best fit our needs. Then before arriving we selected a number of properties we wanted to look at and Corissa arranged a showing schedule. Once there we looked at probably 12 different homes and as hoped, Corissa gave us insights that only a knowledgeable local would have--as well as knowledge about the local real estate market. She was open to our questions and offered just the right feedback that we'd hoped for. By the end of the day, we had identified one property that stood out and we made an offer.
Three weeks later we now own the property we made that offer on and couldn't be more pleased. Everything went smoothly, and we always felt like Corissa was on top of things for us. Like I said, we are picky and have high expectations about agents and Corissa fulfilled every one of them. Normally we are hesitant to recommend agents because many of them are not as knowledgeable, won't take the necessary time, or simply don't listen. Corissa is the best real estate agent in Tucson. Period. We have worked with other agents in the past, but Corissa sets a standard that is impossible for other agents to compete with. In July of 2020, when we decided to move from Tucson to California, we were unsure of whether we should sell our home that we had just built or if we should rent it out for a bit before selling. When I first inquired with Corissa, I knew immediately that she was the agent we needed. She was the only person we called that answered the phone quickly and she got to asking me questions right away to determine if she could help us sell our home. Her advice was for us to rent out our house for at least one year, otherwise we would be coming out of pocket $10K in closing costs (having just moved into our new build). Conflicted and overwhelmed, we chose to put our trust into Corissa and revisit selling our home after a year. We saved her number and sought out a property manager to find tenants for our home.
A year later in August 2021, we contacted Corissa to get the ball rolling on selling our home. Corissa had a professional photographer in the home to take stunning images of our property just days after the tenants moved out. We were given a to-do list of all of the documents needed for us to list our house which made it really easy for us being that we are out-of-state. Corissa listed our house for sale on the MLS 8 days after we got the keys back from our tenants! We couldnt believe how fast she made that happen! It was staged well, wasnt overly decorated, was descriptive, and included a virtual video tour which enhanced the viewing experience. Within hours, the Zillow views and saves were in the hundreds!! We accepted an offer at our asking price and went under contract just 4 days after it was listed!!
