I am not overly religious but when I say, Jason is a God send, trust me he is! Jason was referred to me via another friend and from the moment we spoke on video, Jason was hot on the trail of houses that fit my requirements (budget, commute time, safety, security, etc.). Before I go any further let me explain a few things from myside of house shopping experience. First, even though I was not in the United States (Im stationed overseas), without question Jason was willing to work with me. Second, having never been to Melbourne area I relied on Jason to help me find the right area to live and he offered multiple resources to use while researching houses of interest. Third, Jason was always available via email, phone, and even afterhours. He understands the housing market, home values, and was actively listening. Jason even provided service after the sale. For example, my house needed minor repairs and I wanted to remove carpet before moving in. Jason offered multiple experienced and licensed professionals to bid on the work, he took time to meet the workers at the house, and verified the work was done properly. He made referral for pool services, insurance companies, pest control, etc. I would have been lost without Jasons help and guidance. Jason does more than sell houses, he is an ambassador to Melbournes small businesses and community. Every time Jason showed us a house he had all the information ready for us and had an answer for every question. He took the stress out of the inspection process and really went above and beyond for us. I could always reach him, and he really came through for us when we needed him.
Jason has been our real estate agent since 2014 and honestly now we consider him a family friend. We tried to purchase a home in 2014 but due to issues with our lender the deal fell through but Jason stuck by us. When we felt we were ready again he helped us find a better lending partner & then the hunt was on. I cant speak highly enough of Jason about how patient, as well as diligently helpful he is & we recommend to anyone in the market.
