Our closing was not without a few kinks, but not as it relates to Cookie or her team. Our closing with Cookie was contingent on the closing of two other properties. Cookie was highly communicative and responsive. She came after hours, agreed to meet us at home, and on Sundays to open the office to accommodate our schedules. She supported us getting additional documents (ie. Power of Attorney) expediently. There was nothing that we needed that Cookie and her team didn't immediately support us with. Her team even went above and beyond to drive to obtain a missed signature (not missed by her team, but by the closing of the contingency property and that firm.) We had a hard deadline for closing and it was only due to Cookie's work and diligence and communication that these deadlines were met because it was clear that the other agents and their representing firms were not concerned about our deadlines. We are so grateful for Cookie and her team and would recommend her to anyone.
