Second time around for Ivan and I: n nIvan sold me my dream house August 2015. nLife happened, new job in a new city. As soon as I accepted the job offer the next call was to Ivan to list my home. We listed my home on 3/31/2017. Ivan sold it on 4/1/2017(no April fooling). All the wonderful attributes I listed in my previous review (2015) of Ivan, are all still true. I joked with him one day that I called his cell phone and heard his voicemail for the first time ever!!! He always answered my calls!!! After we were under contract I had to leave town. No Worries. Ivan communicated any issues that occurred and always told me I will take care of it Dear and he did. I stated in my first review that my angels guided me to Ivan, his loyalty and commitment to me as a client combined with his knowledge of the process allowed me to start my new life in another city and not worry. Being first time home buyers the process seemed a little intimidating at first but Ivan made everything so easy! He was dedicated, driven, and responsive throughout the entire process. We visited 3 open houses on the first weekend we started looking for houses (10/30/16). One agent just asked us to sign in, another didn't even get our contact info, and then there was Ivan. Ivan provided us with many listings based on our criteria. Everyday we had more listings to look at. He familiar with the areas we were interested in. He was responsive to emails, text messages and phone calls. When sending him questions via text or email, we were surprised to get responses even late at night, though we weren't expecting a response until the following day. I met Ivan one Sat when I was just out checking out houses on my own that I had found on Zillow and ran into him when he was with another client. He took the time to get my information and details of my search without neglecting his client. That same day he sent me a few listings and even met me at one that same afternoon.
