Foundling, a buyer from Boise, ID
I recently had the pleasure of working with Sean Small, (whom we affectionately nicknamed the Real Estate Jedi), and I cannot recommend him enough. As a first-time home buyer in the competitive Ada County housing market, I was initially skeptical that I would be able to find and secure a home. However, Sean's remarkable tenacity and perseverance proved me wrong.

Not only did Sean utilize his extensive knowledge of the industry to navigate the complexities of the market, but he was also incredibly quick with tours. He made sure that we didn't miss out on any opportunities, and his rapport in the local community made getting accurate information easy.

Sean approached the entire process with honesty, humor, and the utmost professionalism. He was dedicated to finding a home that was not only within my budget, but also safe and comfortable for my family. When the going got tough, Sean really shone. He was a true advocate for us, always going above and beyond to ensure that we were making the best decisions for our family's future.

Thanks to his expertise and guidance, we were able to secure our first home. Even my kiddo adores him! Overall, Sean Small is an incredible real estate agent/associate broker who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. Whether you're a first-time home-buyer like myself or a seasoned real estate investor, I would wholeheartedly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable agent who knows his stuff.

J. D., a seller from Boise, ID
Worst selling experience Ive ever had. I priced my house at what I knew it would sell for, given the right buyer. Sean told me my house was not worth the price. Granted it was a couple of years ago, but the valley housing prices were rising dramatically. He and his sidekick were insensitive, rude, and unprofessional when it came to the feelings of us as the homeowners, not to mention being pushy.
They wanted us to sign a ridiculous one year no compete contract for the sale of our home due to the fact that they thought the price was too high for a home in the downtown/BSU Boise area. Potential buyers were allowed to view the home at all times, regardless of set appointments. This lead to multiple personal interruptions. Sean was cold and uninterested/non-participatory during the signing process. He was more interested in playing on his phone as I sat crying over the sale of my first home. My husband and I spent 15 years of hard labor and love to make this home beautiful and inviting. Sean made it feel like nothing more than a cheap sale. Dont expect any personality from him. I wouldnt expect to feel like you or your house is anything more than a nickel to him.
