We met Andy in 2008, when we were looking for a realtor to sell our house. We hired Andy because we were impressed with his attention to detail in his listings, including a thorough virtual tour, which I think is important today to reach out to the largest amount of potential buyers. Since then, he has helped us sell a home and purchase 2 others. Also, he has helped us buy and later sell 3 lots. In October 2020, he helped us sell a lot he had helped us purchase 7 years ago. The sell went smoothly and we made a decent profit. Andy is a ethical realtor that does not add any hidden fees in his contracts. We had moved away several years ago to Utah and had bad experiences with a few realtors there. With the first realtor, it seemed he was also interested in the good deals I would find and I also found hidden fees in his contract so we refused to sign and let him go. The next realtor that was recommended to us, instead of helping us get a more reasonable price on a house that needed help, got us a $7k increase to our offer. He took it upon himself to hire the home inspector and when we moved in, the AC was not working, the hot water heater was no good, and there were no appliances. None of these things were mentioned in the inspection done a week prior and we ended up with a large bill getting these things fixed. After we got the keys to the house and we noticed the problems, we called the realtor and he never returned our calls. Knowing Andy for so many years, he would never do that to anyone. He watches out for your best interest, that is why we used him to purchase our home for our return to Florida in 2016. We trusted him to handled the purchase while we were still in Utah.
