Highly organized, on top of it all, nothing falls through the cracks. We were out of state buyers and bought our first rental property through Cathy. No idea what to expect... her knowledge on FL real estate was especially appreciated as she has been doing this for awhile. If I could sum it all up... she cares! Cathy was outstanding in helping us buy a vacation rental in Davenport. Her knowledge was outstanding and she was able to answer all my questions. In my conversations with other entities such as the property management company, the information she provided to me was 100% accurate. The seller posted the property with no pictures available and, as we are from out of state, getting to the property would have been difficult.
