When we all of a sudden bought a home down the road, we met with her briefly to get her thoughts on selling our house, then we had a 2nd, more in depth meeting with her as to what her approach would be. As a first-time homebuyer, this process was initially scary and overwhelming BUT then I found Nikky. She helped my brother and his wife find their first home; they loved working with her so much that when it was my time to purchase my home, she was the only realtor they recommended.
I ended up working with Nikky for the better part of two years. Every question I had, she was able to answer. She is friendly, approachable and available when you need her. She was well-informed about the market and the areas of town in which I sought to purchase my home, and she was my advocate! We fell into an issue with a builder who was dragging their feet, and I swear the e-mail she sent them made me think she could have easily been a lawyer. Either way, if you ask me, you don't need another realtor. Nikky helped us sell our home quickly and easily! Before listing the home, she met with us to go over everything and helped guide us in the decluttering process. I really liked that she tried to market the home before it was listed to gain interest. Once the house was listed, we quickly received six offers. She was able to guide us in considering each offer and helped us pick the strongest one. An issue came up with our fence that she assisted us in resolving and we were still able to close on time. Nikky also showed us many houses and we put in multiple offers with her, but we didn't get any of them in this crazy market. We ended up buying through a private sale but Nikky really exceeded my expectations in trying her best to find us a new home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nikky to anyone looking to buy or sell.
