Before choosing a real estate agent, I was of the opinion that all real estate people were the same, they listed your property and then held out their hand for payment. I had had some good experience with ERA Shields before so I decided to give them a try and I selected Marquesa by luck.
We spoke with Marquesa and then met with her at our home. She spent a lot of time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing info on comparitive sales and listings in the area. Marquesa made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. She is knowledgable and really helped to educate me in everything I needed to know. She went way above and beyond in finding me the perfect house. Once we found it, the deal was NOT an easy one!
