The deal on this house was a mess to be associated with from the start. As far as I know, Lynn was professional, went to bat for us and got us the best deal even though the house was not worth more than what was appraised. There were multiple issues with the house that we were able to get two of multiple issues taken care of by the previous homeowner. The previous homeowner tried to get us to fork over more money as part of the closing costs which we did not. I'm part of several word of mouth groups on Facebook and if I happen to see anyone requesting a recommendation on a real estate agent, I recommend her and her company, Morgan Realty and Investments. 2020
