Nicole was crucial in helping my sister obtain the home she truly wanted in Lakeside. When my sister failed to qualify (due to rigorous criteria) for a certain type of specialty financing required by the builder, Nicole did not give up, but instead, continued to work with the builder to ultimately convince him to accept more conventional financing for which my sister was fully qualified. To avoid artificially elevating my sister's hopes, Nicole performed this negotiation with the builder behind-the-scenes while continuing to work with my sister on finding a new home elsewhere.
