Come closing time when issues came up he was quick to jump on them to make sure that everything went as planned and on time.
Even though time was of the essence when it came to looking for and buying a home Patrick's knowledge of Colorado Springs proved to be invaluable as he was able to help me avoid neighborhoods and properties that didn't fit what I was looking for and spent a good bit of time out of his weekend to go look at places when he could have pushed it off. As we were going through properties he was quick to point out anything of concern and provided valuable information regarding any quirks or oddities we came by along the way. When closing on the new home he helped negotiate with my best interest in mind and again went above and beyond to help ensure that closing went as planned and without any major roadblocks.
This review doesn't do Patrick's hard work justice. Going into the process I had next to no idea of what to expect and he did everything he could to help make it as painless of a process as it could be, explaining everything along the way and doing all the right things to make me believe that I had chosen the right person for the job. After everything is said and done I'd call him a friend.
