I do not recommend him as a dual agent. I made the mistake of trusting him to make my offer. He did not like that I was doing a rehab loan. FHA 203 K. Which I was approved for. He refused to make the offer because he spoke to owner previous morning about type of loan. He never presented paperwork for me to sign the duel agent agreement. Never bothered calling me until 24 hours after I asked him to do paperwork for offer. I even had my loan officer call him to explain why we were wanting to do it. We just wanted to put new roof and add a front door and switch tub for stand up shower. I even told him I would offer what they were asking. He still refused to make offer.
