Selling the house I lived in for 20+ during the beginning of a pandemic shut down was nerve wracking to say the least. My husband and I are trying to sell a villa down in FL currently and now appreciate even more how fantastic Melinda was as an agent. Our property in Portland needed some work and she came in gave us a 'todo' list that would get us a quick sale at a great price.
