However, Josh's performance was far superior to any experience I have had before. I have never seen an agent work as hard as Josh did. He was always available. He was always positive. We have worked with Josh on the sale of two homes so far and the purchase of two the first one we sold with Josh was under contract in three weeks he was the one that kept insisting on holding me off on a price reduction and it proved to be the right move the house was sold for listing price approx 6 mos later we bought another home and the purchase was smooth now this will sound a little crazy but 10 months later we listed that home with him after some much needed updates I had a price in mind on what I thought it should be listed for and Joshua reluctly agreed but he had a contract on it in three weeks also we did negotiate a little but still sold the property for a great price while we were selling that home he also negotiated the purchase of our new home the we were able to pick up well below listing , Joshua worked hard for us and I have recommended him to several other people who were interested in listing their home you can't go wrong with Josh and his team if you want results he will get them 2017
