As first time homebuyers she walked us through the process, took the time to understand our needs, made herself available to troubleshoot difficulties and proved to be a tireless advocate/negotiator on our behalf. She was also timely in her communication and she quickly accommodated requests. Patty offered the perfect balance of patience, support, and expertise. Highly recommend!
