Heres the most important thing to know: Cindy helped me sell the house for far more than I expected (with multiple competing offers). She provided excellent advice for updating, staging, and pricing the home. I couldnt have asked for more.

For the purchase, I had a narrow location that I wanted to move to. Most of the houses in the area did not fit my needs. When the one house that would work for me became available, she jumped to action. She helped me with every bit of the process, from finding inspectors to getting estimates for repairs to negotiating the offer (and later negotiating additional concessions from the seller).
It was clear that Cindy's goal was to make sure I was happy with my new home (rather than e.g., to minimize her time or maximize her profit). I have lots of examples, but here's one: after coming under contract, she arranged for me to look at another house nearby that was not yet on the market. It would be easy for her to skip that step since we were already under contract. But she wanted to make sure I was getting the best house I could for the money.
Even after closing, she has been an invaluable source of information for finding the best people for repairs, etc.
