Donna Harmon was a wonderful realtor. We were purchasing a new home over 800 miles from where we lived. She kept an eye out for homes that would meet our needs. When the home we wanted suddenly became available she called us that evening to let us know it was going to be available so we could write an offer. When our mortgage lender left us hanging in between paperwork and acceptance she jumped in and help sort things out. I'm a previous managing real estate broker 13 years in Arizona. I had connected with an agent through realestate.com, but was having problems with the agent & her follow up. After a couple of months & at one time 10 days with no response to a question I decide to contact the listing agent direct. That proved to be a blessing. I shared with her my concerns regarding the other agent., Described what I was looking for, & discussed with her the listing i actually called on. After that discussion she suggested another property & once we looked at it we loved it. It would be perfect for us. We had my sister & brother-n-law meet her with further visual inspections & questions prior to making an offer. I was pre-approved wit USAA, but during the process the appraiser turned in an incomplete appraisal. Donna suggested a Wells Fargo loan officer, who managed to pick up where USAA stopped.
