My husband and I have worked with five different realtors so far in our lives. We are both busy professionals with two kids under 5. Out of all of them, Seth by far has been the best. It has been six weeks since we closed and Im still so impressed that Im sitting down to write this.
We started our buying journey with Seth two years before we finally ended up closing on a home. Relocating from San Francisco, we were overwhelmed at trying to narrow in on what neighborhoods to look in. We never felt rushed or pressured. In fact, there were some times (especially in this crazy COVID market) where we were feeling desperate to get a home and he counseled us on the reality of the home/market. Going against his own interest - when some of the homes were at the upper levels of our price range - he reminded us about our goals and the prudence of trying again in a few months.
Seth has a stand up character and clearly knows his profession and the Madison market.
As we toured homes, he helped us refine what was important to us. When he had concerns, he politely shared them - something I appreciated - since buying is such an emotional process.
I was shocked at how much legwork Seth did for our transaction. He did the majority of the coordinating with subcontractors for different quotes and services we needed. The professionals he referred to were also reliable and reasonably priced.
On top of all this, Seth and his organization are the only company Ive ever heard of to offer a 1% credit of their own commission towards your closing costs.
We are so happy in the home we found after such a long and arduous process. And we consider ourselves so blessed to have worked with Seth through all of it.
