I should start by saying I am the type of person who likes to give guidance and then just trust that a professional can do what is required of them without needing to be reminded or redirected to the task.
That said, my experience with Mary was phenomenal. I never had to double check or remind her of anything during the entire process of selling my house. Our first buyer got cold feet, and even after that she remained on task, got the home immediately back into the market. As a result we were under contract again in less than three days.
During the closing process multiple issues arose late in the game, and again, Mary took great initiative in tackling them. She took care of short falls which arose from a general contractor not completing his labor requirement at a moments notice. Past this, she also helped to fix one final issue the bank brought up only days before closing - in the middle of a snow storm.
All the while, I was over an hour away as I had already moved on to my new career. I had no doubts that Mary would take care of the sale, and she proved my faith was well placed. This allowed me to continue on with all the other concerns one faces during a move, and a new career without having any worry about closing on my sale in Wyoming.
I would recommend Mary to anyone who needs a competent Realtor who can just handle issues as they arise.
