I had spoken with Melanee quite a while ago about a listing in River Bend MHP. I was impressed with her knowledge of the area, transparency regarding possible problems with the property and willingness to provide me with additional details I requested, with no pressure about when I would make the 850 mile journey to see things in person. Over the following year plus I developed a particular interest in the Brandy Bar development, and Melanee continued to fill me in on the details when opening came up there as well as a few larger homes.
