Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a realtor in over 25 years. As a buyer they were completely unresponsive during contract negotiations. The last step required in our negotiations simply required an inquiry with the seller to move the closing date three days later than the seller requested. It was a full price offer and everything else was agreed upon. I was willing to go with the earlier closing date had we received a timely response. However we never received a response so the property is still sitting unsold. I will never work with Shirley or her team again either as a buyer or a seller. I'd rather pass on a deal than hassle with such unprofessional behavior. 2018
