When we were looking for a house Seaside in 2016 we didn't have a large budget and Andrea was the only agent we could find that was happy to work with us. She helped us find a nice beach cottage in our budget. 6 years later we used her to sell that same house for nearly twice what we paid for it and like before, everything went smoothly. Andrea guided us successfully through a purchase at a desirable area of the Oregon Coast. The only reason I am not giving her 5 stars is that she was completely hands off about helping find and schedule inspections in a location where we really didn't know anyone, although she did provide a list of possible inspection providers we could contact. She is the first real estate agent I've ever encountered who was not felt that she couldn't be helpful with that.
