We live on the other side of the country, and Nicole was able & willing to deal with little tasks when we were not there, which would have been a huge issue otherwise. We wanted to move quickly and she certainly worked with us to march through all the little issues. In particular, she helped us to price the unit exactly right, such that we instantly had multiple offers willing to go to the same price point. She did a great job handling those final negotiations, such that we really got the best possible offer. And closed cleanly! Highly recommended.

Nicole is knowledgeable about the whole process of buying and selling a home. She gave advice on everything from fixes needed for staging, how to handle showings, etc and was there every step of the way. She kept us updated on every step and fought with all her might to get us the best deal and make sure it went through to completion( even when there were a few times it looked like it would fall through), she kept fighting to make it happen and it did.
