We sold an older home, and it was one on which we had a certain payoff and other expenses that we needed to meet through the sale. We also needed someone who knew the local market well. We came to Tonya and told her exactly what we needed for payoff and expenses, and beyond that, we told her that we trusted her guidance in the sale of our home. We asked her to tell us the list price that would 1) be comparable with the area 2) generate the most interest and 3) get us the most benefit if possible. Instead of telling her what to do, she told us what to do, at our request. We were concerned because the home was an old home, and as such, there are always things that could potentially hinder the sale. We completely trusted her with the process, and we in no way regret it. We felt that Tonya knew exactly how to market our home to maximize prospective buyers coming to look. She listed the house, had multiple showings in the first two weeks, and we were under contract within 3 weeks with the buyers! We closed just a few days past the contract closing date. This was not due to Tonya, but due to a slowing during the appraisal/financing process. It could not have gone more flawlessly.
